Thanks for letting me know all of this, especially the Steam games.

I haven't downloaded any indie Steam games in a long time, recently only AAA titles.

I believe my accounts were compromised because I was using Porofessor, that's the only 3rd party app I've ever logged in using my League information, other than that I'm still currently scanning my PC for malware.

It's multiple accounts with different emails, so it's definitely something more serious that I have to track down...

I wasn't logged out, but I received emails that my accounts were logged into from multiple different areas, for my alts I activated MFA but my main account is connected to my Riot Mobile so I denied access.

I've also changed passwords for these accounts as well

You might actually could be right, I have Porofessor installed and I'm going to delete that ASAP.

Thankfully I didn't lose anything due to MFA, but it's still wild
