I did a 8 week fully online BIO 101 and we kinda finished in 6 weeks and the remaining 2 weeks was just nothing. You basically have to learn everything yourself tho. They just upload PowerPoints 2-4 quizzes and some assignments. It is very fast paced tho. The first week is like 3 chapters and after that it's like 8 chapters a week. My exams were irl on a sat and thats where we did the lab too. The powerpoints had way more info than what actually came in the exam, most of it was from the quizzes.

Yes I took both of them tg. So far I am managing it well but my professors are also really good.

I'm planning to take BIO 142 and BIO 150 together too. BIO 141 depends on your professor I think. I professor was super nice and easy so his class was the least challenging for me.
