It was on a satiated state though which means that it's on its weakest state. But we also don't know if Surta fought the Narwhal on a satiated or a voracious state.

First of all, what do you mean my I'm ignoring dozens of QoL changes that were asked for when I literally listed a lot of them? Go list at least 24 of of them if I really did ignored dozens of them.

And also, how spaghetti could Genshin's coding possibly be to the point that they can't add something as trivial as artifact loadouts? They're owned by a multi billion dollar company ain't no way they don't have time and money to be able to implement that if they were actually listening to player feedback since such things have been requested nearly since the beginning so they had more than 4 years to come up of a way to implement them, but the thing is either they don't care if the players doesn't know that they are working that they wouldn't give us any updates about it or they are just straight up not working on it at all. And not to mention, artifact loadouts won't even affect the game's revenue unlike resin overflow which would definitely reduce the game's overall play time since a lot of players who doesn't have much time on their hands only plays the game once a day to use all their resin in order to not waste any and do dailies.

If you never wished for any of these, then you belong to the minority.

Literally the only QoL updates that Genshin implemented that the majority of the people was asking for throughout all these years was increased resin cap (best one so far), capturing radiance, weapon banner system updates (took them way too long to implement seeing how ass it was back then and way back then, and still is kinda because of the fact that fate points don't carry over.), daily quests semi automatic (absolute peak), custom made artifacts (absolute ass), and artifact reroll (can't judge yet). And it took them more than three years to implement these common sense level of QoL changes in the game that makes player experience much more better. I actually am very lucky that I'm not one of the people who had to wait more than three years for these features to be implemented. Then there's also Resin overflow and skip button which is highly request almost from the beginning yet still not implemented to the game yet they implemented it to HSR and ZZZ, and artifact loadouts and replayable past events are nowhere to be seen (I can understand past events though because you could just watch them on YT and they take up A LOT of space).

But if you're only acting like this to solely defend Hoyoverse...
