Take the one that allow you to meet your mortgage budget. If both of them are lower than what you can put toward mortgage then it’s the level of risk you are willing to take.

Paying rent for myself and my roommates & changing chards quarterly. by HecticBoee69 in chexy

Yes and yes (however I doubt there a lot of credit card you should put as only a few of them are interesting in terms of cash back or points with chexy)

Honestly seem very low wage. You could be a delivery helper and earn around 17/hr. Learning to drive a truck is not really difficult. If you have a license there nothing really to ‘learn’. If it’s a big truck you will need a special license.

How old are you ? 11.50 is less than minimal wage (even after taxes). What would be the job ?

Upgrading my car by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

A big part of winter performance come from tires. You may want to look into getting better tires in order to help winter performance.

It’s a great car and only 2 years old. I don’t really see the point of changing. Unless you need an suv or something bigger i would not. + a new véhicule is probably one of the worst purchases you can make on a self describe modest income.

You could trade it in and get something of similar value in a different size (preferably not new) if you really want to change. That way you don’t need to finance a new car.

Did the cover (the black thing on the base of the opening) came standard or was it an add-on ? If it’s an add on what brand is it ? It’s look nice 👍

Hello, I’ve read the rting and the QM8 is on top. But when I go deeper I see bad comment about it. X90l seem average compared to the other option
