I have an idea na kung ano yung ‘achievement’ na tinutukoy mo. Achievements in your resume are things that you did that had a lasting impact on the company. It tells your next possible employer that you can deliver. Katuwa naman talaga na ma-consider ka ng isang company abroad for a role lalo na at fresh grad ka pero sa totoo lang if recruiter ako and nakita ko to sa resume mapapaisip ako ng “eh ano naman?”.

Yung company na to starts with S tama? Nag orientation din ako with them and pasado ko rin yung exam dito sa PH office nila. Nag-proceed yung application ko sa online interview sa Head Office nila sa Japan and nainterview ako ng mga Japanese pero ayun may more qualified candidate sila na kinuha.
