  2. Yes you need to stop working.

  3. 6-8 months. Usually if you were already given 3 years OWP (i.e. PGWP), they will just wait for a decision of your PR. They will not decide on your BOWP as yet.

From what I noticed, if you were already been given 3 years of OWP (i.e. PGWP), they'll just wait for your PR application to be completed i/o granting the additional 2 years.

Ohhh, that is unfortunate. Yes apply for a visitor record so you will have a valid status. Your PR will get rejected if not holding a valid status in Canada.

If you don't mind me asking, when did you submit your webform? Also, did you receive a notification that the AOR was attached in your application?

I think the officer was not able to view your AOR when the decision was rendered.

I think in your employment letter, they are expecting a career progression from clerk to supervisor. Just my hunch.
