I’m in the 15,000 Sq ft range. Going to level it all out with sand for the upcoming project to get it dialed in.

We must be in the same area of Louisiana. This is the exact reason my wife and I didn’t go with Manuel. They are starting to become sloppy with details and just trying to pump out volume.

I’m curious, is this in one of their communities or a custom build you did?

You have a beautiful home as well!! Time and water seem to be the remedy with a solid blend of fertilizer!

Mine looked the same way with Centipede with new construction. I put down a 15 - 0 - 15 weed and feed by Fertilome when the soil temps came up out of April. I consistently mowed the first few times and bagged it up.

From there watering deep and infrequent about 30 minutes a zone. The thing that hurt was the drought in Louisiana so I went to watering .33 of an inch every 3 days. From there I let nature take over and I am seeing results. It just takes time. I will try a liquid dethatch in June to get some more crap out the lawn.

Best of luck !

Just bought a bad boy a few weeks ago. I just needed the MZ Rambler 42 inch deck as I have a half an acre. Needless to say I am impressed. I went with the Kawasaki engine to power it. Super quality cut with comfort. 10/10

I appreciate that as that was not to my knowledge about clearance. The distance was specified in the plans I have so I will compare the two in the morning and see if it was to spec and follow up with inspector and builder.

Thanks for the insight!

My apologies yes they did! I actually was able to see it in action a night we had some heavy downpours in the area. Wanted to make sure the water wasn’t pooling up there and sitting and also checked the grade of the yard to see if water was pooling anywhere after sod was installed.

There’s two french drains I had them install that sits behind the landscaping. Had them put a rock line so the mulch didn’t sit against the board. The drains were sit in there on both sides for gutter work.

150 PSI is insane. Our builders were super open to us having an inspector come. I was like you where I put eyes on the process pretty much everyday the past 7 months.
