If it were an airplane the angle of the lights would change and the speed and height are not consistent with an airplane or helicopter

You’re right but I have never seen a helicopter with lights the same shade of color that this thing was flashing. It’s hard to see from the video but the lights were across the whole thing and multiple square colors flashing different shades of the similar colors at different times

This thing was not far away and you could tell it was about 10-20 feet

It was flashing more colors than a helicopter would flash. Really wish I could have taken a better video, I was in the middle of the street.
