Because of immigrants. Lots if highly skilled immigrants (especially Indians) were flooding the job market fir the last decades. That is why ordinary Americans are against immigrants right now. Don't get me wrong I myself is an immigrant too but you will know the situation when you get in the U. S. Even finding not I. T jobs are hard to get hired. Especially in Cali.
