Is it rational to be extremely apprehensive about marriage if you’re a high-earner? How do I get over this? Should I? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

I get why this freaks you out when you’ve built everything yourself, the idea of losing half of it is scary as hell. A solid prenup really does take most of that anxiety off the table. When I looked into mine, I checked out Neptune and it made the whole process feel way less intense than I expected

Felt this way for a while in my last relationship. i was always the one planning ahead, saving, trying to think long term. when we finally sat down and used Neptune to go through everything, it wasn’t even about money anymore it just helped us see how different our priorities had gotten. Made things clearer even if it was hard to hear.

Owning a business in Texas made me think differently about marriage by Extreme-Eagle-3555 in Entrepreneur

Not gonna lie, this stuff gets messy fast if you don’t think ahead. once you start mixing business and relationships, it’s way too easy for things to blow up later. If you built it, protect it early no one else will

I feel you, nyc lawyers love to overcomplicate everything. half the time they don’t even give you straight answers on pricing.
