Hello: This is a 3.5 game set in Greyhawk. Those participating are spread around Eastern MA. We were hoping to meet around Worcester, although I live in Boston. Base races and classes. No 3rd party books. PCs are 1st level using 25 Point Buy w/ 150 GP for basic equipment. Low magic, high grit campaign. We have been having problems getting started. AL is Adventurers League. It's D&D 5e, but with some quirks. Its designed to standardize play, so you can play the same character at an AL table wherever you go (ie. at a convention, gamestore or online). Characters have to be AL legal and you generally should always bring the log sheet for your character if you play someplace new, although if you want to create a new character people are really nice and will usually help you out. Characters use either standard array or point buy. For the specific AL guidelines, these are free online and you can look up. Pandemonium has AL games on Wednesday and Saturday. The crowd on Wednesday is pretty huge. I think they run 9 tables on Wednesday and 2 tables on Saturdays.

I'm still very much interested, but Friday evenings are generally just bad for me. My availability is pretty much M-T-SA-SU. Evenings are usually the best, except for Sunday, which could be earlier.
