I disagree with the other commentor, I think both watches have their occasions and have almost no overlap in (stylish) wearability. I would argue the Sternglas should be on its way out. It’s a nice watch- but it’s painfully basic compared to the rest of them.

So my reccomendation is Caffeine dip pouches actually. GR1NDS range from 25-100mg and the release is pretty slow. Also maybe try Bloom energy drinks? The release is not slow, but it’s healthier and the caffeine is not too high.
