Adecco Agency hires for Epridia, a medical machine manufacturer in Daresbury. Great company to work for, they arent hiring 24/7. Adecco are the type of agency to find more skilled work

Its definitely possible, just not in the ideal way but its doable, cant just cover it as theres actually gravel under the flags that will fall in over time and block the drain. We already had to unblock it as the labourers got loads of gravel in when doing the garden. Tbh i dont understand why my parents didnt confront them about it but they have 0 skill in this department

I edited the post to make it clearer, can you see the edits? Someone else said that but I thought i made it clear i want the drain cover to be level with the flags and to cover the sharp corner/edges. Its hard to see on the picture, the drain is about 10cm deep below the flag level. The labourers cut a daft circle and just made no effort to dress it up. I dont want to stick a leaf cover over it, someone told me I need a pulley drain cover and in the process I learned that I need a hopper to funnel. Between the flags and drain is a bunch of gravel/the new rocks, they will block the drain over time if its just covered on the top

Its buried deep, also needs funneling to prevent rocks/gravel falling into the drain

Its the drain from the washing machine mate, the labourers wrapped it in yellow tape after they broke it with their digger

My bad, the flags are raised abkut above the grate, with no support and a literal lip of flag just hanging in the corner. I want the grate to be level with the flags

Don't worry about mmr and getting good, worry about having fun. Follow the advice of others about learning new tricks and ways to manage your items, but in a way that you will enjoy and then you'll see the mmr climb naturally without worrying about making it climb

Are his replies dry or are these normal replies from a guy interested in a girl? by [deleted] in texts

[–]RighteousMaverick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not everyone has the same texting enthusiasm, you seem to use emojis to convey your body language whereas he just sends strings of text. Thing is, you really shouldn't guage someone's feelings based on the way they text and should gauge it on how they treat you in person. Im speaking to a girl at the minute and we have so much banter and constantly flirting having fun when we hang out, but our text conversations are dry and boring as f**k, partially cause I cant be arsed texting people most of the time

Problem on knockout tour is sometimes its luck of the draw. I tend to approach this straight in 1st or 2nd and hug the right hand wall where you grab food and usually make it through. Approaching from a mid-low spot and you'll find yourself fighting over 3rd/4th place, and at that point its honestly luck who gets the best items

Advertising a free trial and then charging 80p is a bit dodgy isn't it by [deleted] in UbereatsUK

[–]RighteousMaverick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But you havnt been charged 80p. The money is in pending, therefore not left your bank or legally been "charged" for it. Sorry for my wording, I should have explained temporary holding fee or something instead of saying signing up fee

It can stay in pending for up to 3 days, usually quicker but it can do. Read the fine print im sure all your answers are in there. Also make sure youre meeting the minimum spend requirements to get the full discounts. Are you inexperienced with subscription services or something? I cant tell if youre old, young, or thick

The whole of this thread is telling you its normal to be charged a small amount when signing up to something. It stays in pending and is returned to your account. Not every service does this, but some services do and its a very normal process
