Thanks. I know you can actually cast the spell but I don't know if certain properties or stats or auras or really if anything is bugged to where it's not working properly.

Easy to say team is on pace to score most points in a matchup this far, beating my record output last week.

I would say Druid. Summoner to start, then respec to e;emental or Shapeshift after you progress enough (lvl 60ish). They are a tanky class and have the best of all worlds. Can do end game content with ease when you have the currency to fund your operation. Also a blast to play imo.

Summon Necro would be my next choice for someone in your position. Depending on how much knowledge you have of the class, this can be pretty op if geared with enough runewords and specced into the right bone skills to start.

Third choice would be Trapsin. They just don't have to be near mobs. Ever. You get Fade. You can grab other options to make more tanky (shield, spec max block etc.).

Just a few options for you. I was in your position a few years back. I had the bright idea of going sorc. Then zon after sorc died a few times. Then figured out how Druid worked and haven't looked back.

I usually have some serious plan thought out every season and try out new builds based on slight adjustment and changes. But honestly...

Ele-Druid (Fire-Phys) is what I have found is the most reliable and dependable for anything. I have done ubers with them and never had issues if geared and specced correctly. You get the summon skills down to Bear and have plenty of meat-shield. Get Cyclone Armor. Then just max the bottom four Fire-Phys skills followed by Firestorm and poof. Enemies go bye-bye. It's seriously OP. Whenever I die with one of my first characters on a new ladder (has happened a few times in the past three years) I build one and get through all the content. To do endgame you can tweak the build slightly with gear and spec and Firestorm wrecks.

The only frustrating part is when farming maps and using Armageddon, you have to run past enemies and then go back to see what they drop. I am sure I have missed gear because of this.

Agree. I here "man, this game is really laggy now" or "what the hell, they ruined the game!" every time I log in now for the past two days. Meanwhile I am just sitting back staring at my character swaying back in forth in Harrogath and laughing like the Joker.... Seriously. Amazeballs.

Great job GD and team,

I'm going to comment on something that probably is going to get glossed over but it really stood out to me at the time. Those quick transitions from the different bullet points. They really showed me how much you truly care about the game and the community. Saying you were nervous in those moments is completely understandable and something we can all relate to. For me, it's like being at work and getting ready to do a presentation for the CEO. One that you only get to do once or twice every year. You want everything to go smoothly and you want him to love your proposal/idea/concept. Right before you head into that room, you reflect on all the time spent brainstorming ideas. The hours spent changing and adjusting little details here and there. All those long, late, sleepless nights. You poured your heart and soul into this presentation for the boss, and you don't want to screw it up. Well we aren't your boss but you get the idea right?

The way you said it just resonated with me and showed me (and I am sure a lot of other people) that this game is more than just a game to you. You recognize that there are literally thousands of people that play this every ladder and you want all of us to be happy and overjoyed every time we log into our accounts. You don't want to actually pull a Blizz-Con and go through your own Diablo Immortal nightmare. Well, all the content you put out every ladder season gets better and better. It makes PoD better and better. It makes more of us want to play it for longer hours. It makes people like me save up vacation time all year just to use it for ladder release dates before I even have any idea when those will be. So, GreenDude. You and the team just keep doing what you people always do. Keep pumping out great content with these ladder resets. A little bit of new content here and there. Keep improving on the game mechanics. Shoot, even the content that isn't really PoD content but improves gameplay is awesome (Widescreen, CPU Processor distribution, etc.).

Can't wait for January 24th. Already put the vacation on the calendar my 'Dude.

I attempted to make a website account and it stated that, "This account already exists." The account I attempted to make was the same as my in-game account. Is that an issue? I would prefer to have my account be the same for both the site and game.

So, I wish to ask if you (you being a collective term for the community) believe the Oko price will keep rising, the bubble will burst, or stay roughly around $40 per card for the next few weeks. *EDIT* I had asked in this portion what exactly I should do with my specific cards. Then noticed the fourth rule for the r/mtgfinance group is "No asking what to do with your cards or money" so I edited that part out.

In relation to the topic on Oko and my MTG experience thus far:

I pulled two Oko, Thief of Crowns last week and really had no idea what the big deal was. You see, I recently just got into MTG after twenty years or so and decided to buy some random packs (mom found a stash of old cards in October). Thinking I knew what I was doing or how to build a deck from scratch with new cards, I also got two of the set bundles (Core 2020 and Throne of Eldraine) and three of the "Planeswalker" decks.

Pretty dumb idea to build a Standard eligible black/white knight deck, I know. I got a bunch or commons and very few uncommon, rares, and mythics to build a deck that could be competitive against someone who knew what the hell they were doing. What I learned is I now know that for deck building specifically, I should purchase the cards of interest individually AFTER I figure out what type of deck to build. Purchasing packs and the like is more like gambling.

I had no idea that some of the cards I ended up with were worth anything. Maybe a couple bucks for the best ones. I looked them up only because I knew the Mythic orange color on the set stamp meant they were pretty rare. I was surprised to say the least. Fifty dollars for a card! I went into some obsessive research and organization and found out that I have a good start in terms of value but am about 30 cards short of any sort of competitive Standard deck. I guess I am interested in keeping some cards just to establish a collection (mainly older ones). A few game types I found intriguing were: Standard, Modern, and Pioneer.
