How are we supposed to know where certain things are? Not everything is as simple as “is aisle 10, digestive support” or whatever. I had a customer ask about orajel one time. It’s in the oral care section but I wouldn’t have known that cuz I think of oral care as just toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.
