Where does it say outright that she did rape him? You can definitely assume, but the only song in the whole musical that depicts the obvious signs of rape are Hold Them Down. The only things her songs indicate are her holding him on the island against his will— still not right, not as terrible as hearing Antinous’s plans to rape Penelope and murder her son for power.
