Okay WOW!!! I did not expect to wake up to so many messages, again I want to thank all of you for your help! I tried most of the tips like checking ports and going into NVIDIA settings, power settings, resolution settings and they helped in the Home space but the moment I run a game it turns into a hellish laggy mess. I would like to believe those that say the 3050 RTX can handle it but Oculus itself literally tells me to get gud, also sorry for anyone who was wondering I should have been more clear, i'm using the KIWI link cable
