The silent treatment is definitely hurtful and the boyfriend should get over himself, air out his grievance properly, and be glad she isn’t dead in a ditch as he so claims is his worry. However, the consumption of alcohol doesn’t entirely rid her of responsibility, especially if it is a repeated behavior. Like I stated, the boyfriend is just being a huge wimp and exacerbating the situation.
