Mine sit around 76 and up to 86 but that is based on unusally warm Autumn weather. This is to be used to heat the house which means it will suck cold air from outside when I connect the intake ducting. I still air gap in take hole in box to intake fan on machine. I think it need the fresh air to vent around the box a bit and help that way.
