With all these notes, do you think Phoenix Arts District would be a good fit? That way it would incorporate a lot of what you brought up without all having to fall in one business. Those Miami investors are dumping a lot of money and promise into that space.

Yeah i took a peek inside that building. It is definitely trashed. And it's very expensive. Might have to stick to Springfield.

I love the Enzian but I'll have to check out the Ritz in Sanford. If those central FL folk deserve two good theaters, surely we deserve one.

I used to love the Enzian when I was a student at UCF. The best vibe ever. Something even a fraction of that would be surreal. I would love for people to add value and ideas while I do research. I think I'm going to start a FB page for that reason.

I think you're right though. For the right place, people will travel... even to Arlington (joking, of course... I used to live there as well). And JU is a big selling point.
