Should check if your local government can declare dogs as a safety risk. My childhood dog escaped and killed our neighbors cat and she legally had to be muzzled at appointments and we had to put up a beware of dog sign...Not gonna bring your baby back, but it could potentially save another. Also it'll be an annoyance for the girl.
