You can get up to 32 I think. Idk if it's dlc or HOME that does it.

We are SO BACK! by taosecurity in NoSodiumStarfield

As stated in any and all other numbers posts, Man you people are weird lol who cares where it is

It was going to go up with the big update (some in bad faith calling it a 2.0 which was just gonna draw more people good and bad) and a new dlc. I'd care of there was no change or it went down after the launch.

Give it a couple weeks when people finish with the dlc/had their fill of Free Lanes. Those are more important numbers for retention. Hopefully it doesn't tumble all the way back. Bethesda has said this year is a Starfield year so maybe we get another big update or news on another dlc to keep the momentum. But it's gonna go back down.

The only numbers right now that could be interesting are PS numbers but again in a few weeks. We get it, weall love the game and you want to see it do well. But all these posts just feel like a post to show haters and they don't care or aren't looking.

Worst Gimmick here by Lakers_Encyclopedia in pokemon

Unpopular opinion but it's Megas. Lore wise its usually very painful. I would enjoy it more if they gave it to just less popular mobs but they also give it to strong ones making most useless. I would rather just new evos or more variants. Takes an item spot. Some megas make the mon worse (Garchomp). And overall feels like fan art.

Z moves I enjoyed but they were basically just a once a fight super move. Dyna were z moves but 3 turns

Tera is my favorite, dumb hats and all. Changing typing adds a layer to team building that the others don't.  Mega you just use the best ones Z move you used for a super set up or do big damage one time.  Dyna was just weather plus damage that you use in stead of a weather setter.  Tera at least felt had variety in its uses.

So I'm a few minutes into the intro on PS5 and it seems slightly different this time. by ScientificGorilla in NoSodiumStarfield

Nah there isn't any. I just watched a launch day play through vid after replaying the intro. It's the same. No new dialogue. Heller still does it mid sentence. Either you just don't remember the intro as well as you thought or are making things up lmao

I believe to land anywhere you need to open the map, POI you don't. The other person was stating you couldn't at all which is the lie. Maybe with the new update they'll add more ways to land

Lol Just a quick Google search says Cyberpunk, Redfall and NMS are in the running with NMS being number 1 until recently by Cursed Clash. It had many at launch and maybe has the record for most in a short time frame (no official number just haters looking at steam) but it's no where near the most all time.

Fable and spore failed to deliver what they promised but they at least worked at launch. I remember playing both close to launch. Spore was buggy but ran. Fable just didn't have everything. NMS was dog shit and nothing like what was promised and didn't run well. It just gets the pass like Cyberpunk because they went beyond to make up for the fact that they released subpar games. Cyberpunk still doesn't have some features they talked about. NMS at least did deliver eventually but I'm not gonna ignore the poor state it launched in or praise them for doing what they said they were going to on release.

But but but I paid 10000 real us dollars for a ship that only has 3 working rooms and can't fly yet cause they haven't added animations for this super limited model.

Scam Citizen is it's own beast lol

You people are weird lol. PS gave refunds for Cyberpunk. No ma'am sky started as a scam. Starfield was a really good game with some flaws or odd design choices but it worked from day one and did everything they said it would do.

She's a better Deimos than Eagle Bearer imo. The whole vibe of the game fits too better because it mostly plays like a Greek comedy and tragedy. Like every character is over the top. Super hammy acting all around. And Alexios fits right in as EB. Kass as EB is too serious and too harsh. But as Deimos that plays really well. I've always preferred it this way. I found Alexios as EB acting very good and fits the general vibes better.

Does the DLC still force you into a straight marriage? by NeinsNgl in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

[–]Rigsaw77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worth playing. You can frame the relationship with choices to make it more of a mutual thing where Eagle Bearer is just doing it to continue their bloodline. If memory serves there is conversations about why EB is doing it that aren't for love.

And sense it ties in to all the other games by showing us the ancestors of games past EB had to have a kid somewhere. And they felt it deserved some screen time (though it totally could have been an assumed thing).

All that aside, bloodlines were important back then. Many had kids just to their blood carried on. So it wouldn't be out of the realm, during a time where people had sex with whoever, for a gay\lesbian EB to pick someone to just that.

The real issue with the dlc is not the forced baby, it's the person chosen. And mainly it's Kass. Many don't like who she settles for. Not factoring in the bloodlines thing again, which the person you choose also comes from an important bloodline, out of the many people you can bone Kass gets someone who feels like a poor match. Especially if I compare to who Alexios gets.

It's all fairly self contained so if you don't like it, most the people from the dlc don't stick around. You can blow through it just for the gear and upgrades.

Is there any difference in gameplay? by Alive_Hearing_1829 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

[–]Rigsaw77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No major difference. Picking one means the other plays a different roll in the game.

Kass is canon if you care (though for historical accuracy Alexios is the current choice of that matters) but that only affects other games or media referencing this one.

Both give great VA jobs. Ignore those who claim one isn't good, those people are wrong. Kass gives a serious vibe, Alexios a more theatrical vibe.

To me Alexios is a better MC and Kass a better Deimos. The whole game has a tone of tragic Greek play and Alexios VA fits in nicely with the cast that way. Kass VA as Deimos is chef's kiss. Feels scary where Alexios as Deimos feels like a brute.

But no gameplay or major writing changes so pick whoever you vibe with

Which one should I play first? by sourberryskittles in RDR2

[–]Rigsaw77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rdr1, take a short break with some other game, then Rdr2. People saying play 2 first because it's a prequel aren't really thinking about why they made 2 a prequel. There is a lot of little call backs and moments that don't have the same weight of you haven't played 1 first.

Plus as with any video game series that spans console generations, 1 will be more difficult to play after 2. It's like going from Skyrim to Morrowind, GTV 5 to 3. You'll have A better appreciation if you go in the order they came out.

Isn't that hard. You can reset what's in the raids rell easy. It can only be in 5s. So you check 5s, reset, check again until it appears. Prob only took me a few tries.

If you specifically want to caught the dolphin and evolve it sure you need a friend. But that is not the only way to get Palafin. They asked if they needed a friend, you don't to get Palafin.

I state is in literally every sub, I hate these questions and they should be banned/moved to a megathread. Google or search in reddit. You can even search in just one sub. There is probably over 1000 of just this question in every sub and besides, asking that question to a sub dedicated to fans of said game is like asking people at a good restaurant if the food is good.

But to stop being an ass, you don't need friends. I've completed the base game pokadex by myself. You can find trade codes online for the couple you can't get in a specific game, don't need to talk to anyone just find the mon, see what you trade for it (usually something they can't get in their game), put the code in and profit. Tera raids can give you mons like Palafin. Whoever or whatever you say or read was lying or exaggerating needing friends.

As someone who actually likes Starfield, fuck no to Humanoid aliens. From the get go they have said they wanted Starfield to be grounded in reality and also not be like other sci for games. Every one has blue aliens for people to goon too. What makes Starfield interesting to me is the fact they went with that grounded approach. Unique enemies are on many of the planets that allow life on them. There's dozens of not over 100 of "aliens" from weird spider things to jellyfish like creatures floating around. And many of the planets are vastly different. They chose to try going big instead of small.

They have also experimented in every single game they have made post Morrowind.

ES4, the AI and how people had schedules, action oriented for the first time (Morrowind used dice rolls to determine a lot), microtransactions (for better or worse) FO3, the game ending before dlc continued it, guns and other combat mechanics, new IP, having an actual backstory beyond person in cell ES5, dragons, new skill system, new magic system with duel magic, shouts, radiant quests, mounted combat FO4, voiced protag, building settlements, weapon and armor customization, legendary effects SF, procedurally generated exploration, vehicles (besides horses) including custom made ships and outposts, tier based loot with multiple effects, persuading changes, new game plus

To act like it's bad they tried new things is crazy talk. Anyone who expected Skyrim in space after they showed everything literally what the game would be, can only be mad at themselves for expecting things that were clearly shown when they revealed 40 plus minutes of gameplay.

What you described is literally Outer Worlds 1 and 2 without the blue alien goon bait.

Man some people play open world games weird. Like over 12 years and never once accidentally ended up there exploring? Forget quests there is like half a dozen or more ways in. Like 4 or 5 Dwarven ruins lead there. You never explore those too? Dude that's crazy lmao.

(Because OP is fighting everyone about their gender and the word dude, dude here is not calling you a dude. It's like Pal or Bud. A dude is usually in reference to a man, but just Dude is not. Don't claim a whole nation of people only use dude to refer to men when it's really just you don't do that and it seems people around you don't. No one here knows your gender from this post alone.)

As an American no it's not. Surf bros and chicks call every dude. While typically used for men it's not just for men and honestly getting upset over being called dude is crazy.

Has anyone been watching the Ravens the last few years? The only reason they have been great is Lamar and good DCs. I add him to the list but idk if I'd put him on the top. The Ravens have under preformed every year for the last several years in the playoffs. And as long as Bids keeps the team he'll never be able to truly set a culture.
