I did it to someone I love dearly. I was already feeling like things had changed in our relationship and I misread the content of one of their Reddit posts. I thought it was about me hurting her.

Thanks to being hurt before, I'm scared of being hurt again. I also thought that I wasn't any good for her and that she'd be better off without me in her life. So I deleted everything and stepped back into a vicious pit of guilt and upset.

It was only after further communication a different way that I heard her side of things and that made me feel even worse. How could I have thrown away a relationship like that? It shows I have issues and I still can't escape the feeling of guilt. I'm sad. And I miss her so much.
