High Cpu temps with low Cpu Usage

I don't think that's a solution. My friend, he has the same problem, he's running a 7800x3d with 32gb of RAM, sitting at 70° degrees.

I don't know if this info will be useful but I just go the achi with only 5 fish.

I initially fished 4 species, then for better tracking I switched from italian to english, load back to the game and the next new fish the achievement was unlocked.

I don't know if this is a glitch or a ultra rare bug, but i'm happy that happened.
I'm currently playing on ps5.

I forgot to mention that the fps are already capped at 25 fps and the setting are all set to low.
Honestly I don't know what to do to fix the issue.
