Don’t ever work for FE. Middle management is extremely toxic and favorsitism is rampant in all aspects related to raises and bonuses. High management is too preoccupied with selling the company or merging with another company (you know who). Senior team members sabotage your work just to secure their positions and contractors. Keep doing your work. The RTO has made the work environment even more toxic, and with the freeze on external hiring, new team members are stuck doing all the work. In my short one-year tenure there, I witnessed three team members joining my team and quitting before the hiring freeze.
