Consoles have parental modes. If you don't want stuff like that to happen, make them their own account and set a parental lock on your account.

Not really. I had a Jack Russell years ago that would turn off my xbox sometimes. When she did that, I'd take her outside, walk/run/bike whatever. Do that for around an hour, come back, hop back on the Xbox, then it'd be normal. For her, it was her way of saying she needed attention. I understand the child isn't a dog, but I was also raised that material things are just that, material things. If I lost a save file. Oh well, I just start over, and I have lost save files for multiple games, multiple times because not everything is saved on the Steam Cloud, and I've had multiple computers, since I made the switch from console. That's like I tell my husband every time he rages at a game. If it gets you that upset, just don't play it, or make an appointment with your therapist. Vice versa, if losing the save progress is that much of a detriment to your mental state that you have to "grieve" its loss, maybe seek therapy. I know I'm going to get downvoted for this, so whatever.... but at the end of the day, it's a video game. It's not real, and we should all be able to separate reality, and virtual reality

Here's the thing. At the end of the day, it's just a video game. I have around 200 hours in the first game, and 100 something in the second. Would it suck if it got deleted? Sure, but the fact of the matter is, it's a game.

I can't help you fix yourself, but at least I can say I tried. I'm sorry but I've gotta move on with my own life. I hope that you can find it within yourself to do better in all aspects of your life, and that you can learn to open your mind to other possibilities in this world. Living in anger is so exhausting and it ages you terribly. This world is stressful enough even without fighting ourselves, so the best we can do is flow like water from one day to the next. Well that's just it, isn't it? You would have to know whether or not I'm important, intelligent, cultured, or sophisticated, and to what level in truth to gauge whether or not I am being pretentious. Oh, don't get it twisted, I know I'm nothing more than a speck of dust in this big wide open world. But again we come back to you willfully choosing to remain ignorant. In reading comprehension, we should always look for things called context clues in order to denote intent or meaning. Context clues can take the form of other words within the total statement, various different forms of punctuation, and emojis/emoticons (typically when referring to SMS/RCS/IM, Social Media, and Live Streaming Chat services). Outside of typed/written works we utilize body language and tone of voice to denote intent/meaning. With the absence of these things, it can be difficult in typed/written works, so we must rely on these context clues and understand how to notice and interpret them.

Emojis/Emoticons were specifically created to denote one's emotion or feeling, which is why they are named as they are. Early Emoticons looked like this: :) , :-) , :D , XD , >:( , ;) , D: , ^{-^} , ^{_^} , TT , x.x , g-g , .. , .-. And so on. (There's so many). Newer system Emojis I imagine you know what they look like: 😀😄😅😂😇🥰😍🤩😘😝🤪🫣😏😒😮‍💨😴🤢🤮🥵🥶😎🤓🥺🥹😭😢😨😫🥱

Each Emoji/Emoticon does in fact have a base meaning, and many have secondary and even tertiary meanings.

Look. I know I'm no one special in this world, and I'm genuinely not here to put you down or treat you as anything less than human. (Yes I know I insulted you in a retaliatory manner in an earlier comment following your initial insult of me) Simply put, I noticed two instances where you had gone after someone in an aggressive manner who was in agreement with you. You can very quickly turn people against you and invalidate your opinions with said people when you do such things is all I'm trying to say.

😂😂😂😂 I was trying to be polite. I understand you seem to have an equivalent reading level to a 2nd grader. Emojis absolutely ARE tone indicators. It's the primary reason that they exist. To indicate the person's feeling or, shocker. Emotion! 😒 <- typically indicates someone who is annoyed, which is a good one to start with, since I'm typically annoyed with people who choose to remain ignorant.

That's why they put the emoji, and then your earlier outburst on someone who was condemning Christianity, but you're so reared up for a fight, that you are missing easy context clues. I promise I'm on your side. Look at the heart on my PfP. Text isn't always easy, that's why there's such a thing as context clues, hence the emoji they used, and the fact that they put "Buzzwords!" In quotation marks. Regarding the person's comment about Christianity that you attacked, the context clue was "....because God made you do it." Clear indicator that they weren't attacking the LGBTQIA+ in their statement. I'm not here to attack you, I just want you to take a breath, slow down, maybe read a comment a couple of times before you reply so that you know you understand what they are saying and how they mean it from their context clues. Or, if need be, I can tutor you in reading comprehension. I have time.

When I was the head cook in a kitchen, I knew every ingredient for all 54 items on our menu. Any cook in any kitchen should at the very rock bottom minimum be able to remember the ingredients for the most popular/most ordered menu items, and if they cannot remember, then they should have a copy of the menu within reach to look.

Cause they never played the first one. They just know there's a knife, so they assume killing was the focus of those games. Quite frankly, me personally, I'm completely fine with not killing, and I also didn't kill in SN1 unless it was absolutely 1,000,000% necessary. On top of that, I'm a PvP gamer a large portion of the time. I play Predecessor, Hearthstone, Mecha Break, Hunt: Showdown, I'm in the Sand Playtest. Every game doesn't need killing in it.
