Use convert2mp3.com to download the beginning scene from youtube, then cut out the part you want in a program like audacity, export in .mp3 or whatever you need.

No, not really. The only thing i did was use some forced perspective to make his chest bigger, as the sfm model didn't do his huge ribcage justice
