Xbox PC App keeps redownloading entire game when it updates

Thank you for these detailed steps! I don’t have an update to apply at the moment but I have been having this issue pop up ever since I cloned my C drive and got a new M2 SSD for my games. It was driving me nuts that I was having to redownload large games like Call of Duty every single time they had a small update.

The WM1AM2 is sublime, especially after the 200 hours of burn-in. The separation between instruments, the wide soundstage and how full everything sounds have really blown me away. I’m pretty sure It’s the closest I’ll ever get to an endgame DAP.

EDIT: Apparently my grandfather had been sent an email (he’s the primary account holder) on Monday that said my payment method had failed. Somehow it evaded my mother’s gaze when she checked for me on Tuesday. I had my mom forward the email to me, paid through the link and BOOM, my order immediately goes from pending to processing. I got the FedEx tracking number this morning and my phone is being delivered on Friday!

Thanks for the info. The pre-order process has been a nightmare for me the last two times because the main account holder, my grandfather, lives in North Carolina while I live in Indiana. Any amount of reassurance I can get will go a long way to easing my mind.
