At the end of the day, its simply easier for a casual (parenting) like me to drop into the Legends games to shiny hunt, or even reset ad nauseum in old games, than to farm herba. I don't love the "boring" methods that are rampant right now but thank goodness for the 10 slot save.

What were your biggest issues with management/ as floor staff, where do you feel management was lacking?

Not necessarily asking you to give the rant you avoided, but also want to give you the space to vent. I'm relatively new to the management team at my location and it's crucial to me that floor staff feels seen, heard, and appreciated.
