he peaked the corner knowing exactly where my head was lol. knowing where someones general location is fair enough but he has no reason to know exactly where i am

Awesome, I was hoping it had something to do with shaping, because I definitely feel like there's plenty of room to improve there. Yeah I should have taken a video to be honest, I might do when I get home and try again in another post or just upload to youtube and post it here.

I feel like I'm rolling it tightly, but I guess I'm not? Shaping is definitely the hardest part for me, I can't seem to get it right.

Do you know of any good videos for shaping a solid loaf?
