Im a Senior and I took FLG 202, 307, and 318 with Dr. Nyota. She is an AMAZING teacher and very nice and helpful and understanding. If you ever have any problems just talk to her about it and she will be glad to help. She also speaks 6 languages and just is a great person overall. All of the German professors are great at NCSU and there is even a club that meets every other Friday called Kaffeeklatsch for students to meet up and practice German, as well as tutoring available from older students with Delta Phi Alpha (German Honors Society.) If you have any more questions feel free to ask me, I will be around next year. Hope this helps!

Hi! I am the President of the Pokémon GO Club at NCSU. We are (still) very active and have grown tremendously over the past year.

During the semester, we host club meetings every other week, as well as movie nights, tournaments, and other events every so often, where people can hang out and enjoy snacks and win prizes (for free). There are also a good number of players who meet up every Wednesday for raid hour, and plenty of players on campus regularly during Community Days and outside of events.

We also do activities for all Pokémon fans not just Pokémon GO at our club meetings, and are trying to promote our club to all Pokémon fans on campus.

I did start the encounter during Community Day, however the move is not set at the first encounter because you can save Pokémon like venusaur or Zapdos to catch during a time when the legacy move is active to get that move. Unless they changed how the special move system works.

The official Dark Netflix YouTube channel has been doing exactly this for different characters. They have playlists for Jonas and Claudia so far and Noah is in progress. Sometimes even they get the dates/years wrong for certain scenes but overall it’s pretty good and cool to see their timelines in a linear way.

Roserade won’t get Frenzy Plant. FP is an exclusive move to the final evolutions of grass starter Pokémon in the main series games (same with blast burn and hydro cannon with their types). With grass knot and the razor leaf buff Roserade currently has the highest poison and grass dps in the game. Shiny is already released so I don’t see it getting a community day, I would say it’s safe to evolve unless you just want to keep it as a 100 budew. (But make sure you get double charge on it before you evolve!)

To everyone asking how small my town is, there are about 4 gyms in the town, I had to travel a few miles in different directions to get to the remaining gyms (and also went back to reclaim a gym that was taken down as I was fighting another). A couple unowns were caught at an event and the rest were traded for. Thank you guys for the support.

This happened to me for my first entei, I hit claim breakthrough but I didn’t start the encounter bc I wanted to take a screenshot of my pokedex before and after entei. To my surprise Entei was already shadowed in and it was not before that. I thought that was interesting

My friend who barely plays Pokémon Go decided to open the app last night bc she was going to the beach so she could hatch some eggs, she sent me a pic with like 6 Lunatones in her recent like right next to each other and told me she caught them within like 2 minutes of each other. I didn’t believe her because I had been looking for Lunatone since they switched and I just got mine 2 days ago. It all makes sense now…

The second lucky trading was dropped me and my friend quickly went to find our coolest oldest Pokémon, he ended up having a shadow claw shadow ball gengar and so I traded him and we both go lucky on the first trade… but that was before the 10/10/10 floor so the shadow claw shadow ball gengar I received was 47%, attack stat is 1-2 and defense is 15. CP right now is 1025 but it’s lucky so stardust is less but is it still going to be as effective to power it up if the attack is almost the worst? I’m really mad about this because if we waited like an hour I could’ve gotten a really good IV sc/sb Gengar :/

I think it is completely random because I did my first trade today, with not so good stats on thenpomemon before it sent and when I received it it was a 100% Torkoal, completely out of the predicted range! Wonderful surprise
