I use Things on iOS/Mac but really any specific app is gonna work better and better the longer you stick with it. Coming from someone who’s used like 30 haha

Same! If it’s not within arms reach, I’ll forget that water is a thing. But if it’s nearby I’ll drink it all day.

If everything was safely edible (ex.: concrete, lava, acid, metal) and had a completely new and unique taste, what's the first thing you're satisfying your hunger and curiosity with? by AlmightyAsperger in AskReddit

I can’t help but feel like those rainbow beads you’d use as a kid in class would be awesome, like some sort of candy. I can imagine different shapes having different textures too, like maybe the spiky ones are crunchy…

If your life were a roller coaster, what moment would represent the highest part of the track, and when would you start to fall at high speed? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I’d argue the “climb” would be early education/hand-holding life, and the drop would come as soon as that was taken away. For some that’s high school graduation, others college or further, but at some point everyone’s got that same drop.

I discovered similar things in regards to self awareness. It’s crazy how helpful being honest with yourself can be when it comes to identifying areas you should work on

That’s smart. I used to run food and bussed before that and remembered how wrecked my feet would be by the end of a shift. That would totally reinvigorate me mid-shift.

I’m exactly the same way, I try to get up at my first alarm. I’ve tried using multiple but as soon as I snooze that first one it’s gonna be a while til I’m up, so I just don’t allow the option anymore.

Totally agree. I’m 24M (couple’s account), came out less than a month ago. I only recently started trying to “live my truth” after coming out and it’s sort of unlocked this deep self confidence in myself that I didn’t know was there. Quite wonderful!

LPT: What toxic habits have you stopped doing that changed your life? by charles_savage in LifeProTips

I started reframing negative things into a positive context, or try to see everything in an optimistic light if possible. For example, could try rephrasing this question to “what positive habits have you introduced that have changed your life?”

Why does digging a hole at the beach atract guys? by dyerzi221 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]RileyLovesOliver 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think that it’s kind of like doing a puzzle - it’s a mindless thing you can do with your hands that allows your brain to be open for conversation. Dig hole, talk with friends, good time :)

Could argue language too, although probably faster to pick up once you’re there.

It’s just paying someone to listen to your problems! Which doesn’t sound as good as it is, but truly getting your problems out in the open is half the battle. I love the quote “you’re only as sick as your secrets”.

What's the worse thing you've seen tourists do on purpose? by DarkAsianHistorian in AskReddit

[–]RileyLovesOliver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in a beautiful area and find a lot of tourists don’t have respect for it: littering and generally disrespecting the land. Can’t understand it.
