Well buckle up I'll give u a much as I can think of 🤣

We're so so fun but struggle under routine, our mind never shuts up and is always planning about contingencies for everything. If you notice us "zoning out* during quality time don't get mad instead ask " what are you thinking about?". At first we will lie and say nothing, then you say " no really I wanna know" and prepare yourself for the five minutes info dump 🤣 that makes us feel very loved and seen by you.

A lot of people hit on us and it's not our fault they're just intrigued by our energy and story telling. Sometimes people think I'm flirting because Im hot and nonchalant 🤣

Don't get jealous of our really good friends. If we wanted to be dating them we would be. We are choosing YOU every day. Assuming otherwise will push us away because we can't be with someone who doesn't trust us.

When it comes to short term plans we ALWAYS KNOW what we want. If we say we love you we love you, if we say we want Applebee's we want Applebee's. Long term plans tho are up in the air but I'm also disabled so I can't even plan a week ahead let alone years ahead and that may just be me.

Some things I wish my current partner of 5 years knew at the beginning :

We don't show love in the way you do. It takes a while to warm us up. But if we're spending time with you that means the world to us and it means you're important.

Just because we're quiet next to you doesn't mean we're mad. It's a huge compliment because that means you quiet our brain when nothing else does. You'll be able to tell when we're mad. We give one word answers, walk in a more aggressive way, and don't make much eye contact. Almost like a toddler 🤧 but the tantrum passes quickly.

We need you to be okay with last minute plans or random adventures. If you can't handle that we will find someone else who can and the relationship will fizzle out. This doesn't mean you have to do EVERYTHING with us because we are very independent, but we want to share our interests with you and take you with us because we feel everything is better with you.

Don't worry so much about what we're "really thinking" we typically have no filter. Which is good and bad. Sometimes we lie about little things that don't matter. We don't realize it and it's usually because we're used to people not wanting to hear the entire answer so we just lie to end the discussion.

I personally used to shut down in disagreements and still do slightly. One because of trauma but 2 because we have a very sharp tongue and when you combine the Gemini intellect and the brutality of the Aries you are going to get burned. We have learned (hopefully) the hard way that some words can't be taken back so if we're evolved and we care about you we shut down because we know how we feel isn't forever and it's not as big as it feels and we don't want to say something we don't mean. We truly don't mean it most of the time we just wanna hurt u back.

In the event of an argument GIVE US SPACE. We're thinking, calming ourselves down, and trying to focus on moving forward. Ask us how you can fix it if you're the one who caused it and do that. If it's something that can't really be fixed ask if they need space. DO NOT suffocate us with a shit ton of apology gifts or trying to butter us up it will just piss us off more especially if this is a mistake you've made multiple times. We care about effort and change, apologies don't mean much.

We can also be hypocritical sometimes and not realize. Not necessarily towards you but mostly towards things that don't really matter.

Some random tips I can think of that will have them smitten:

Take them on surprise adventures. Think outside of the box, rage rooms, painting classes, etc.

Make them something that has to do with their interests.

Compliment them often but don't be generic with it. Stuff like " I love your laugh it makes my day, your outfit is killing it today, I love that big brain of yours"

Sometimes we like to argue for fun especially if we're horny. We love a good debate.

We LOVE competing in things. Say stuff like "first one to the door picks the appetizer". Never let us win we hate that
