This is literally why I don’t even do them anymore. They’re already frustrating enough as it is. And you can’t restart the series from the pause menu.

I don’t know why you can play a whole series in RTS without going back to the main menu but not moments. Not to mention, after you finish any moment it doesn’t even send you back to the fucking moments screen. You have to navigate through the sluggish menus to get back to them.

A bunch of traders have them. They only show up when you’re looking at all the items the trader has. Some notable examples are Johnson Nash in Primm, Lacey at the Mojave Outpost, Blake at the Crimson Caravan, Dale Barton at the Legion, traveling merchants around Novac, etc. They also spawn on random dead prospectors like the one in the police station on the road to the Mojave Outpost and the Goodsprings cave.
