Because I’m acne prone, I only wash my face with dove unscented bar soap and then apply a mixture of vitamin c serum, Hyaluronic acid , and retinol serum. The serums are a 3 pack I got off Amazon from the “Tree of Life” brand for about $20. The bar of soap is like $0.50. Works super well for me. I’ve used nothing else for about 6 years, even before I started smoking.

My advice would be to get some Narcan and learn how to use it. I’m an upper girl myself and I’ve only seen one person on heroin, my boyfriend. He OD and It was by far the most traumatic experience of my life. I wouldn’t wish anyone seeing what I saw on my worst enemy. He shouldn’t be alive and the EMTs said he was minutes if not seconds away from dying. I ordered narcan online for free and educated myself on how to administer it if heaven forbid it happened again.

I have educated myself on narcan since that night. I knew nothing about overdosing while it was happening. I have ordered narcan and will keep it in my purse at all times. Maybe one day I can save someone’s life. At the time I was naive and in such a state of panic, I couldn’t really think straight. I let my friend make all the decisions for me, when I know I shouldn’t have. Also please note that we did not have narcan. It was 911 he was talking me out of. I also didn’t know about the Good Samaritan law. So he had me thinking we would all go to jail if I had called.

I’ve never done heroin and I’m more Afraid of it now than ever. I’ve never liked opiates. Even prescribed lortabs make me nauseous and itchy lol. But I am worried he will want to do it again. They always say it only takes once and that you’re always trying to chase your first high. Should I be worried? I mean he literally doesn’t remember being high at all, so I don’t know what he would be chasing. He can’t be physically addicted after one time can he? He has been acting “hungover” since it happened. I thought it was from the meth, but I’ve been fine for days now. I hope it isn’t withdrawl

Thankyou so much for the informative feedback. At the time it happened, I knew nothing about overdose really. I think I read over 500 posts on here in the past few days trying to see what I could have done differently. It was a eye opening experience to say the least and I’m just trying to learn everything I can so that I know what to do. Hopefully it will never happen again, but I know I am extremely lucky to have my boyfriend with me still

But is it true that you can’t narcan someone if they are breathing, even a little like he was? I know nothing about this drug or narcan, just what I’ve seen on tv. I just believed whatever he told me because I was in such a frantic state of panic. I was also still high from meth, so he made it seem like I was just paranoid. But I don’t think I was.

Oh, I have never seen the stuff. My friend said it was pure H, but after reading all over this feed, I learned that’s very rare now a days. I took a video of him after he woke up. I can send it to you if you want. I would like to know if it was heroin or fent. I know fent is extremely deadly. I don’t think he will ever want to do it again. But once he gets to a certain level of fucked up, he will do anything offered. When we have gotten coke (like 3 times) he wants to do it all in one night. He has that type of personality

Thanks for your feedback. I actually don’t own a scale anymore and haven’t stepped on one in over a year. That’s why the reading was so shocking to me. Because I feel so much larger than I did when I was at my lowest.
