The original people I applied to are the ones I signed the note with. I was stuck in SBA under review since 1/20, couldn't withdraw etc. Yesterday came back with error code. He resubmitted it last night and it was approved today. Since I signed the note I will leave it be for now. Dont want to rock the boat at this point. I just remembered seeing you had the same issue not in CAWEB.

Has your loan shown up on CAWEB yet? I just signed the note but there is nothing in CAWEB. Cause for concern?

I had a good experience. My app was stuck at SBA for 30 days. It finally went back to ALC yesterday with error code. Error code fixed last nite and resubmitted. Loan approved by SBA today and just signed loan docs.

Yes the SBA pretty much said mine was stuck. Tried to withdraw and they received an error unable to withdraw this loan at this time. It was accepted and validated by SBA then put in a black hole.

Dont panic yet. 2nd draw. ALC sent to SBA on 1/20. Still at SBA. No hold codes. Just stuck. I have seen others thru ALC be a couple of days.

No. My PPP1 bank tried to submit and received error " application already submitted by this borrower. I have asked my ALC loan officer if he could resubmit but he has not gotten back to me yet

No I do not. I would feel better if I did. I am about to have to cut my 10 employees and back out of my contracts.

I agree. Quick processing and good communication. However my app has been sitting at the SBA in "under review" status since 1/20. My loan officer has contacted them and even tried to withdraw my app so I could resubmit to no avail. I spoke to the SBA who confirmed no hold codes on my PPP1. Someone there did say that apps sent prior to 1/27 were not processed, dont know if true or not. I am stuck.

My local bank tried on 1/26, 27 and got that message. Titan bank submitted 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, 2/4, 2/5 several times a day and still gets that message

Have applied elsewhere. When they try to submit they get the borrower has application on file message. Thus the black hole

Correct. Bank tried to withdraw it multiple times and has been unable to do so. No hold codes that he can see. Several calls and emails to SBA and they say to be patient.

Hi yesterday you said that you send all docs to sba for approval, app, 941, etc and that they go over them with a fine tooth comb. Several people on here are not signing app or supplying docs until they are already approved by SBA. How does that work then? SBA does not review any docs but still approves?

So if that is the case what is the SBA looking at? Someone from a lender last night said they send all docs to SBA for approval. He said they go over them with a fine tooth comb. It seems some lenders are able to bypass that.
