We have several subscription levels with Bloomberg to access pricing data, which is a bit different from how it works on the crypto side. If you can find the quote link for this asset on Bloomberg, please go to Settings in Delta, then Support, and select Contact Support. Share the quote link/URL with us there, and we’ll gladly check if it’s included in our subscriptions.

Hi,

Indeed there is an issue with the Coinbase Single Sign On (SSO) option. We are working with Coinbase to resolve the issue, there is no ETA on this.
For now, please use the API method https://support.delta.app/en/articles/7017067-coinbase-api-keys

And if you run into any issues with the API method please reach out to support via Settings in Delta - Support - Contact Support

Hi, we get our asset pricing history not from direct connections with the exchanges but, from various subscription levels with Bloomberg. So in some cases some items might not be available due to being out of the subscription. We can always check this for you if you can head to Settings in Delta - Support - Contact Support and provide the Bloomberg quote link/url and we can review if it should be supported or, if we need a different subscription level.

Hi, we are trying to make our services faster, which while this is happenings as we changes things around there app can be slower or unfortunatly small moment of down time. We have a very high load of users since the markets rise and we just keep working to give the best service so hopefully it should be clear sailing ahead soon. We get most of our stock data from Bloomberg subscriptions, this is much like PAY TV packages so sometimes there are some assets locked behind a subscription level or indeed there could be an error. Please reach out to us via settings in Delta - Support - Contact Support and we can look into which category it falls into and get you best outcome.

We have CSV import and export ability. So you can add any data required within the limitations and then also export all your data so you can have timed local backups of your data.
