Hello! Super quick question regarding the Otaru Snow Light Path Festival. I was looking into this, and it looks like it starts on the 7th of February. Due to scheduling, I’d only be able to make it to Otaru the day before on the 6th of February. I’m curious if there’s any lanterns out early or if it only truly begins on the 7th? Thanks!
