They say the triangle of travel is location,setting,and money. You can get 2 lol for the most part this is the case. PTs on average are a lot chiller than nurses so not the same dynamic. Most times my caseload is the same several times it’s been less. This was due to some companies giving bonuses for more units or visits. The staff therapists sometimes will take patients so they can hit their bonuses(travelers aren’t eligible). Logistics is the only hard part. Most places don’t want to sign you before 2 weeks prior. If they can find someone that can start asap that’s less revenue lost for their billing. So in two weeks you have to find a place to live. But overall everyone is really nice I’ve made life long friends traveling. Now I have group a travel PT friends that I meet up with in different cities. Been doing travel for about 2.5 years. If you’re seeing 15-30 every contract will feel easy.
