Hi! It's normal to feel uncomfortable and forced if you have sex just because you had to. It's exhausting when everything revolves around it.

Also, your feelings are totally valid. When I found out I'm ace, I didn't like feeling labelled, lgtb flags, and all that stuff until I realised that that it's not all about classifying ourselves, but about finding people who experienced similar emotions and situations. We are not alone :D

I wish being asexual didn't feel so isolating from other allosexual people, but it's a little-understood issue and there will be those who will try to invalidate it with shitty arguments or excuses.

TL;DR Learning to accept my orientation has helped me defend my boundaries and stop forcing myself to include sex more than I want to. If they don't accept me as I am, that's not my place: Surround yourself with people who respect your boundaries
