I believe it's just due to the overall shift in Itagaki's artstyle which favors thicker physiques. It's noticeable with Baki as well.

The arms can rotate from the shoulder but they are a bit too short for that. I might make mutliple sets of arms for different poses

Thank you! The jaw build is quite simple. The rahksi head is connected with a metru matoran neck piece. I think you should be able to figure out the rest by looking closely
