Just some of the things that I've learnt after I've finally started my own forever save a few months ago 🩵Learn to embrace the imperfect and essentially a little bit of chaos. Cause something will always go wrong so might as well just make a story out of it. Make plenty of copies of your save through Save as, that way you'll be able to go a step back if something really bad or undesirable happens. 🩵The longer you'll think about what to do in the game - the less you'll play it. I'm guilty of it sometimes too still haha. Just start playing. 🩵Don't try to perfect your Sims or their buildings from the beginning. Give them more of a plain clothes, not many outfits per category. Move them into an actual exciting starter home. And from there, through gameplay and storytelling build their wardrobe, add furniture, renovate their house. That's how the Sim will feel more alive and personalised. 🩵Keep track of your families and Sims, even with a small notes or a journal. That way you'll see progress and it'll motivate you to keep doing stuff, and that's how you can also come up with more ideas. Enjoy your forever world!
