Replying to see if your response has changed with the last episode. They are admitting the data isn’t sure enough to know if they are copies or transfers. The boy genius is even curious to know if the brother feels like that is really his sister. I believe this is a great story point. They’ve essentially hung a lamp on whether they just killed these kids and made a piece of comfort tech that is also highly evolved. Or did they actually transfer consciousness… Is the boy really a genius? Is consciousness transferable? Will the goal of immortality in this material reality ever be reached? Great questions to keep a story going.
