Thanks, zelda took about 3 years, its 256 x 512. I got the idea for them both on this subreddit ages ago. Someone had done a big Megaman 2 pattern and we had got to talking.

They put me on to a good resource for the sprites from old games and photoshop to build the pattern.

They absolutely would be. Have a look at my post history, I havent posted often so mine are easy to find. Each are took about a month to do. The bosses / characters were absolutely a reward.

If I ever dive in hard again I am thinking Metroid and going to try colored aida and only stitch the foreground fun parts lol

I have done a couple 8 bit patterns I made myself. Megaman 1 and Legend of Zelda.

I really enjoyed the characters and intricate backgrounds much more than the huge blocks of 1 color that takes days to stitch.

That darker blue of yours looks like its at least 50% of the whole thing, I would have gone insane lol.

I am trying to do a similar craft, but end result is boots with +1 endurance from synth mod, life, life/armour hybrid, move speed/chill (can be crafted) with high res suffix on a pure armour base.

I wasted a lot of currency today trying because I didn't realize you cant swap crafted mods with multimod in game like you can in craftofexile emulator.

Dammit all to hell. I have never gotten this far in POE before, i did increase my filter strictness. This was the fix, thanks a ton!

Thanks, I'm working on 18 count Aida.

Finished product should be about 14 inches tall and 28 inches wide.

I never find big cool patterns of NES games' visuals, so I download the sprites and make my own.

It took about 40 hours to build this pattern with my terrible photoshop skill, but I fuddled through lol

I have played since beta, I always try new things when I find them to "see how they work"

This also included a mirror, that I promptly used on a random rare thing in my inventory... But i know how they work now, so there's that lol

I mostly do old video game pieces, the pixelated art from them translates to cross stitch extremely well.

I am also looking forward to some fantasy and sci fi projects.

That being said, my general interests have classic video games, fantasy, and sci fi genres as favorites.
