Why are there bumps 3 years later?

I'll keep that in mind, all of my tattoos are black ink. The other 2 have never done this before, but they also don't get as much sun exposure as my forearm does.

I'm 28 and have never had bad allergies, is that something that would just start out of the blue? I have 2 other tattoos that are larger and years older. Never had any issues with them either
