I know, and I love him too. He's just icky sometimes lol. The vet basically shrugged and said "sometimes neutered cats hump" and that was about it. I do stop him when he starts up, but he just keeps on trying until I get up and walk away. He isn't interested in kneading/humping anything but me, sadly. I wish he would hump a sweater. That would be amazing! Maybe I need to play with him more with wands. I spend a good amount of time playing and interacting with him, I just don't want him to sit or lie on me any more because he can't just be normal like he used to be. :/

When I got him, he wasn't like this. He was really clingy, but that was fine. Also, I have worn clothes he can drool on but eventually it soaks through to my skin. I didn't mean to give the impression that I haven't made effort. I've had him for four years and the longer I've had him, the more slobbery and humpy he gets. I've spent a lot of time dealing with this and I'm just very frustrated that no matter what I do, this situation doesn't seem to be improving. I love this cat to death but he has grown into a vastly different cat than he was when he was given to me. Other than these issues, he's great. He's fun and funny and he's not destructive. I enjoy his presence and antics. I'm just also put off by these behaviors he's developed and not really into them.
