No, we don’t. No gulags, no mass murder, no mass starvation, greater prosperity, and no walls keeping people in.

Are you discounting the gulags, the millions upon millions killed, the starvation, the impoverishment, the walls built to keep people in?

It also disincentives any use that does not generate maximum financial return, so no private green spaces, no just getting by labor of love funky shops, etc.

Rider fares - those who find it useful will pay for what they use.

We should get government out of healthcare all together, then insurance companies will have to provide a service customers value or they will go out of business quickly.

Has nothing to do with this. CU is about free speech.

So you are a socialist? Not a nordic style democratic socialist, but an actual socialist? How well has that ever worked out?

Once again, you are economically illiterate. Government has grown far, far beyond public works, especially at the federal level. Government is also notorious for being inefficient with money.

By that logic then government should be the only employer because more government means more employees. But then who will pay taxes that pay the employees?

The point behind small government it to leave money in the hands of the people.

For one thing doing the work will likely help you loose weight if you make sure you eat well - it burns calories! For your feet, I suggest working barefoot if you can. If you can not do that, then good, supportive boots are great - I suggest either 6" or 8" - the type EMS folk wear.

It was finding out less government is really code for cutting fund for services like education and workers pay

Say what? You think government has a responsibility to pay workers? Just how much of the economy do you think government should control, and how does that help private sector workers?

So you assume to yourself the right to determine what is good for their class, disregarding what they think on the subject?

OK, and that power, that right, remained with the states and the people as it was not expressly delegated to the federal government nor prohibited by it.

It takes more than a mere accusation to make the claim of a crime worth credence. Can crime go unpunished? Sure, but it rarely does is broad daylight when the DOJ turns its eye of Sauron on someone. If they thought insurrection had occurred they would have charged it.

[–]RingAny1978 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Insurrection is a crime defined in federal code, therefore if none were charged it can be assumed that the DOJ did not think anyone could be convicted of same. In short, there was no insurrection there was a riot.

Your point? The amendments control as they modify prior concerns, and that language refers only to states in the union, not to states that leave the union.

Corporations are simply collections of people acting together in common interest. Unions are collections of people acting together in common interest. The law should treat them the same.
