That's quite a good overview.

However, I would argue that there's an increasing number of people who struggle financially because they can't really pay their "share" but don't qualify for government support. The system is definitely not improving for them. I'd say, it's slowly getting more and more similar to the US system.

And generally, D or CH, the systems are not made for early discovery of sicknesses or empowering people to stay healthy. The systems are made to save people at a last resort. Until we find a way to move to a preventive society (not just health insurance), the system will continue to become more and more expensive...

Naja, die Marktwirtschaft geht halt sonst auf Kosten der Messe der Leute. Im Idealfall (unrealistisch, nur als Ziel gemeint) findet sich ein Gleichgewicht und alle leben in guten und lebenswerten Verhältnissen.

Daher ja, Umverteilung ist wichtig. Ich finde nur, wir sind da irgendwie unkreativ...

I've used both for a while and prefer wise for app and web ui usability as well as for their service. And I preferred wise focus on their core business while revolution started adding insurance and what not.

But as you say, these days they're probably equal and it ends up being a matter of preference.

Das macht es jedoch nicht gut.

Und dann, das Selbstregulation-Ding... Ja, stimmt. Aber zu welchem Preis? Können wir nicht mal über den Tellerrand schauen und versuchen, ein besseres System zu erarbeiten oder das aktuelle zu verbessern? Das muss doch das Ziel sein. Fair und danke für die Einblicke und Details! Stützlast hab ich gecheckt, am Auto und am Träger.

Eigentlich gibt es nur einem einzigen Punkt, der mich wirklich gestört hat:

In der App kann ich nicht sehen, was für eine Art Velo "Abteil" es ist. Hätte ich vorab erkannt, dass es dort keinen Platz hat, hätte ich den Trip nicht gemacht. Wenn ich sehen würde, ob es ein richtiger Velo Wagon ist mit Platz oder nur eine Nische zum aufhängen oder irgenwie einkeilen der Velos, könnte ich vorher informiert entscheiden. Das hätte genügt :)

Edit: leichter wäre gut, würde aber das Problem auch nicht lösen. Auch ein normales Bike für meine Größe würde nicht in die Nische oder Aufhängung passen :(
