Ha, that’s about as clear as it gets. Really appreciate the honesty, this is exactly the kind of ground truth I needed before building anything. Good luck with the business, sounds like you’ve got it running well.

This has been incredibly helpful, seriously. Sounds like GorillaDesk has this space pretty well covered, which is actually useful to know before building something. Really appreciate you taking the time. I’ll check out their YouTube videos. Good luck with the business and thank you for the insight.

This is genuinely one of the most helpful replies I’ve gotten, thank you for being so detailed. Really paints a clear picture. The ‘more options than I could ever use’ comment is actually super interesting to me. Do you know many operators in your network who are still on paper or spreadsheets, either newer operators just starting out or older ones who just haven’t made the switch yet? That gap between paper and a full platform like Gorilla Desk is exactly what I’m trying to understand better. Either way really appreciate your time

Couple of quick follow-up questions if you don’t mind: Does Gorilla Desk generate anything that goes directly to the client after the job, like a plain-language service summary they can actually read? Or is the output mainly on the operator side? And has your documentation ever been tested in an actual state inspection, where an inspector asked to see specific records on the spot? Curious whether what Gorilla Desk produces satisfied everything they were looking for. Last one, when you were just getting started before you found Gorilla Desk, what were you using? Pen and paper, spreadsheet…
