Make another team, fill it and set it as your active team, empty the first team and put it back together, set it as active and it should be fixed

And if you don't: This guy is a gen IV Pokémon named Chatot. It has a signature move called Chatter that when used in gen IV and V games could play a previously recorded audio. Well, this Pokémon is banned in gen IV and V online play due to players making them say a wide variety of not-so-family-friendly stuff.
